This is my favorite news story of 2016 so far. Woman let's dog out to go pee in Elkmont, AL and the dog decides to just run a freakin' half-marathon.
Then, even with some extra curricular like stopping to sniff a dead rabbit, she finishes in 1:32:56 good enough for 7th place!

They gave her a medal!

I just wanted to share this because I love it. We should post other stories about amazing animals.
