What if I don't live in the USA?
Try to sign up anyway! If enough people from a specific country want to sign up I'll set up a minature exchange but I would like at least 4. Canada had a two person exchange last year, UK and EU and parts unknown failed. Southern hemisphere needs to step their game up, I know there's enough people to exchange down there.
Will someone ship me goodies filled with drugs/razor blades?
