Minnesota!
It's a place you can exist in! But what other fabulous features does it have to offer you ask? In this, first post, we will look at the great outdoors.
Well, lets start at the beginning and find out where it is. Here is what it looks like!

Yes, it is that northerly middle one with the pointy parts on it. It looks like we thought about adopting the western square shapes, but then decided "screw it!" pointy bits!
Yes, but what do you really have there?
Great question Jebus! You really know how to ask them!
We have the mighty Mississippi going through most of the state. I say most because the headwaters are here, meaning the river starts here.

Barely a trickle there, but only a bit down stream it really picks up into being the mighty river it is elsewhere. Without us, there would be no river!
There are also the gorgeous boundary waters, as seen in the spoiler
Or the fabulous north shore of Lake Superior.
High Falls in Grand Portage
But all of those pictures look warm isn't Minnesota a cold place?
Why yes, Jebus it can be. But that also brings us other fabulous outdoor wonders.

Like the ice caves!
or
We make ice palaces!
Think we might give up on fishing just because it is -10 and the lakes are frozen? Think again!
The cities also look great in the winter.

Well, I think that is enough for the first post. Next time I will post about the different cities one might want to see and the attractions therein.
