LGBT Pride Month is here! And so this is a thread for anyone and anything LGBT (and Q and U and A and I and whatever other letter is right for you)
See any cool LGBT news lately? Do you do anything fun or special during Pride Month? Are you somewhere in the QUILTBAG and want to talk about it? Do you know a cool LGBT related history fact? Are you doing something awesome for queer people in your life or community? Are you straight and have a question and promise to actually listen to the answer?
Then talk about that shit, I want to hear it all, just be fabulous to each other.
Things I am looking forward to this month: Going to way more Capital Pride stuff in DC, last year I just did the parade and it was great fun but I wished I had gone to way more events. So this year I'm gonna!
Also SCOTUS is gonna hand down a big ruling on same sex marriage this month, but the wait for that is kinda nerve wracking because there is always the chance Kennedy decides to be terrible.
Oh wait shit one other thing totally worth putting in here is that Ireland passed marriage equality by popular vote! That is totally fucking awesome!
