DC's NPR station, WAMU, runs a fantastic Bluegrass Country station, which also plays some country, blues, and folk, which you can listen to live at http://bluegrasscountry.org/
My school's student radio station also plays bluegrass via the Possum automation system, Geth's Blue Ridge cousin with a heavy gospel addiction, from 2 AM through 6 PM every day during the summer (and occasionally during the school year, but it's mostly student-run shows then). You can listen to The Possum at http://www.wxjm.org
