But when a S.H.I.E.L.D. colleague comes under attack, Steve becomes embroiled in a web of intrigue that threatens to put the world at risk. Joining forces with the Black Widow and The Falcon, Captain America struggles to expose the ever-widening conspiracy while fighting off friend and foe alike, with a secretive assassin, known only as The Winter Soldier, looming closer and closer every second.

TV Guide wrote:Those who thought Jasper Sitwell running off to Lemurian Star in last week's episode of Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. was the ABC series' idea of a crossover with Captain America: The Winter Soldier were sorely mistaken on Tuesday night. In truth, the implications of how Marvel's latest blockbuster will affect the TV offshoot run much, much deeper... What does this mean for the show? It's the start of a new era... Thanks to Captain America 2 leaving its story open-ended, Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. now has ample opportunity to take hold of the reins when it comes to S.H.I.E.L.D.'s future.
Seriously, if you haven't seen The Winter Soldier, go see it. Right now. You can't? Why? Oh, right, it's 3:00 in the morning. Um, well, go see it first thing in the morning. You have work? Well, uh, tell them you have a serious case of Lemurian Whooping cough. If they tell you that's not a real thing, you're on your own.
Oh, right, and I guess there are other superhero related movies coming out later this summer. Let's take a look at some trailers while you figure out how to go see The Winter Soldier at the earliest possible convenience.

To evade the ever-persistent Ronan, Quill is forced into an uneasy truce with a quartet of disparate misfits-Rocket, a gun-toting raccoon, Groot, a tree-like humanoid, the deadly and enigmatic Gamora and the revenge-driven Drax the Destroyer.

20th Century Fox wrote:The ultimate X-Men ensemble fights a war for the survival of the species across two time periods in X-MEN: DAYS OF FUTURE PAST. The beloved characters from the original "X-Men" film trilogy join forces with their younger selves from "X-Men: First Class," in an epic battle that must change the past -- to save our future.
Avengers: Age of Ultron and Ant-Man are both slated to come out next summer, and Captain America 3 is due for release on the same day as Batman Vs. Superman in 2016. But there's enough superhero goodness for us to sink our teeth into at the moment, so let's focus on that for right now.
Have fun, mark your spoilers, and if you haven't seen the movie yet, for your own sake more than anything else, do not click the spoilers.
